Main configuration of the SSS device

1. Vacuum material feeder (3 units): a device used to suction and convey raw materials.

2. Screw extruders (3 sets): Equipped with electrically heated cast-aluminum heating bands to ensure proper melting of the raw materials.

3. Return-material screw: It is an automatic feeding device.
4. Filters (3 sets): Devices used to hold filter elements, designed to remove impurities from the PP melt.

5. Metering pumps (3 sets): Devices used to meter the amount of PP melt.
6. Spinneret Housing (3 sets): One of the key components of a melt-spinning machine, the spinneret housing receives the polymer melt after it has passed through a filter. The melt is then distributed and kept at a controlled temperature before being delivered to each spinning position for fiber formation. The housing is a rectangular metal enclosure with an external insulation layer, containing melt distribution manifolds, pump mounts, and spinneret assemblies. It also incorporates a fixture for securing the spinneret plate.
7. Single‑unit suction units (3 sets): Ensure stable suction airflow and prevent any adverse effects on the tow.
8. Aluminum cooling air boxes (3 sets): Low-temperature air is blown onto the aluminum surface at a high velocity to achieve cooling.
9. Drawing units (3 sets): tempered glass; stainless steel construction. These units stretch the filament bundle, reducing its diameter and ensuring greater uniformity before it enters the web-forming machine.
10. Insulation materials for oil pipelines: They feature a low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance, while also offering advantages such as flame retardancy, superior thermal stability, light weight, heat resistance, and strong resistance to chemical corrosion.

11. Web-forming machine (1 unit): This equipment consists of a DC variable-speed drive, a frame, a conveyor mesh belt, and a matching air‑suction system. It serves as a receiving device for the moving tow.
12. Hot rolling mill (1 unit): Heating method: oil heating/thermal oil

13. Automatic winding machine (1 unit): Its primary function is to wind hot-rolled fabric into rolls of a specified weight.
14. Mesh curtains (2 sets): Serve to support the filament bundle as it moves toward the nip roller for bonding.
15. PLC Control Cabinet (1 set): The control cabinet is responsible for distributing electrical power and controlling the power supply to the equipment.
16. Slitting machine (1 unit): Slices large rolls of fabric into specified dimensions according to customer requirements, meeting the customer’s needs for product length, width, and roll weight.

SSS Triple-beam Spunbond Line
By employing a three‑stage spunbond web‑forming system in series, the denier of individual filaments is significantly reduced—reaching ultra‑fine levels. The resulting product exhibits exceptional softness and drape, making it particularly well suited for applications requiring low basis weight and high pliability.
Segmented application scenarios:
Personal hygiene material hydrophilic surface layer: The skin-contact layer of premium baby diapers, adult incontinence briefs, and menstrual underwear.
Eisai wicking layer material: In conjunction with perforation or embossing processes, it serves as a functional layer for rapid liquid drainage and distribution.
Medical Comfort Tier: Medical underpads and the surface layer of examination drape cloths
Inner layer material of the mask: A skin-friendly layer that enhances wearing comfort.
